Registration Fees
Early Bird fee is valid before UTC+8 23:59 July 31st, 2025.
Registration Details
Full Registration includes access to all conference events, lunches, coffee breaks, and banquets.
Each paper must be linked to a valid full registration. One full registration can cover up to three (3) papers, provided the registrant is an author or co-author of each paper.
IEEE PELS/CPSS members must submit proof of membership during registration.
Special Listener Discount is available only for non-author participants (i.e., those not listed as authors/co-authors on any paper). This discount includes full access to conference events, lunches, coffee breaks, and banquets.
Invoice & Payment
International Registrants (Outside China):
An invitation letter and electronic receipt will be emailed within 7 days after successful registration and payment.
Ensure your company details are accurately provided during registration.
Registrants from China:
Electronic invoices will be issued. Select the correct invoice type and provide precise invoicing information.
Invoices will be sent to the registered email within 7 working days post-conference. No changes are permitted once issued.
Payment Handling:
Registration fees and VAT invoicing are managed by the conference service provider: HANGZHOU BAIBU CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION CO., LTD.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Before 20th July 2025:
Refund minus a USD 25 (RMB 175) administrative fee per registrant.
20th–31st July 2025:
50% refund of the registration fee.
After 31st July 2025:
No refunds will be issued.
No-shows will be charged the full fee.
Cancelled registrations will result in the exclusion of linked papers from conference proceedings.
