Paper and Copyright Submission Deadlines:

• Upload your final paper in PDF format no later than June 30, 2026 23:59 (UTC +0800). NO TIME EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED.
• Your IEEE copyright release must be filed by June 30, 2026 23:59 (UTC +0800).
• You should confirm all details of your submission (authors, correcting spelling, data, etc.) before submitting your paper, as this will be the final manuscript presented to conference participants and submitted to IEEE Xplore for permanent archive. NO REQUESTS FOR MANUAL UPDATES TO YOUR FINAL SUBMITTED MANUSCRIPT WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Plagiarism Policy:

All final papers will be screened using the IEEE CrossCheck system. Papers with a high similarity score will be returned to the authors for mandatory revisions. Failure to address these issues may result in the paper being excluded from the conference proceedings.

Self-Citation Policy:

Please avoid excessive self-citation in the final paper. Excessive self-citation occurs when authors excessively reference their own papers in their work. It can also arise when an author repeatedly cites the work of another author, which is known as redundant citation or repeated authors in the reference section. ZPEC may reject the full paper or request revision if excessive (>25%) self-citation is identified.

Submission Instructions:

All papers must be written in English, a minimum of 4 (four) pages is required per paper in the standard IEEE format, and the maximum number of pages is 6 (six), including texts, references, and figures. Paper content should be original, and papers presented at ZPEC will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore database.

IEEE Xplore PDF Compliance:

• Before uploading your final paper, ensure it meets IEEE Xplore compliance using the IEEE PDF eXpress system: https://ieee-pdf-express.org
• Use this conference ID: 70170X and login
• Use PDF eXpress to check or create your PDF file, and make sure your final paper successfully passes the PDF compliance check
• Download the PDF file in the system or through your email

IMPORTANT NOTES

• After using the IEEE PDF eXpress system for file compliance, MAKE SURE to return to the ZPEC 2026 final submission portal and upload your compliant final submission.

Final Paper Submission Procedure:

• All papers must be linked to a valid full registration. Paper uploads require the registration number. Please register before uploading the final paper at: https://www.zpec.org.cn/registration.html
• Follow the instructions provided by the system, including:
  a) Create the PDF file by or check the PDF through IEEE PDF eXpress;
  b) Submit your IEEE-compatible (must be downloaded from the IEEE PDF eXpress system or your email) Full Paper with a valid registration number;
  c) Fill out & submit the IEEE Copyright Form (click to view the Instruction). Upon completion, please download and save the PDF copy of the completed form for your record, and upload the PDF copy of the completed IEEE Copyright Form as part of your submission. ALL INFORMATION MUST BE IN ENGLISH.

By following these steps and instructions, you can complete the submission process for your Full Paper and IEEE Copyright Form.

Registration:

For presenting a paper at ZPEC 2026, the paper must be linked to a valid full registration. After presentation at ZPEC 2026, papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. Papers that are not IEEE-compliant will not be included in the proceedings nor published.
